Common's real name is Lonnie Rashid Lynn Jr. He debuted in 1992 with the album Can I Borrow a Dollar? He was nominated in the 2006 Grammy Awards for Best Rap Album. Common has also starring significant roles in such films as Smokin' Aces, Street Kings, American Gangster and Wanted.

We're not exactly sure that you're allowed to do that but Tommy Lee isn't really known for following the rules anyway! The rocker went shopping at Calabasas Commons Shopping Center in LA yesterday and all of a sudden he bent over and picked up a turtle from the pond! We sure hope he put it back after he was done saying hi to it!

The Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen was in Los Angeles to take a school exam when she woke up with a sore throat. She thought it was just a common cold, but was advised to see an ear, nose and throat specialist before getting on a plane back to New York. That advice saved her life because it was a life-threatening throat infection. She was released on Wednesday afternoon from L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, but still has not totally recovered.

Tennis star Serena Williams and hip-hop artist Common made no secret of their blossoming relationship on their vacation in Hawaii. The two got cozy while surfing at Launiopoko, West Maui. Serena appears to fit the description of Commons ideal woman. He recently said in an interview "I'm attracted to women that are strong in the sense of who they are. I like women who have power to them, but can still be ladylike and that have their own dreams."
