Mischa Barton may look a little tipsy on this picture, taken outside the nightclub Bungalow 8 in London the other night, but since the other pictures seem to indicate that the actress was sober we guess we'll blame the photographer this time! What we think of Mischa's outfit? The jury's still out on that one!
