Jessica Alba looked fresh and fit at the ELF Revlon Run/Walk for Women held in New York Friday to benefit breast and ovarian cancer charities. The actress ran in a black windbreaker, red shorts and leggins and had put her hair up in an elaborate hairdo! Jessica Biel, Fran Drescher, Jennifer Connely and Ciara were some of the other celebs who showed up to show their support!
