We think Katie Holmes' ex Chris Klein has a little problem! He was arrested in the early hours of yesterday morning for driving under the influence(DUI) again! Chris has been arrested for drunken driving before and we hear that when police officers tested him yesterday he was over 3 times the legal limit. This means that the law will be extra strict on him, so he will either face jail time or have to have a device put into his car that will test his alcohol level everytime he wants to drive, or even both! What a mess! We hope he gets help! (Source: TMZ)
