As you know, Chris Brown is under a court order to stay far away from Rihanna because of his assault on her earlier this year. This means the two are not allowed to see or speak to each other at all, not even at music events! So what are they doing staying in the same hotel in New York City and showing up at the same restaurant just minutes apart from each other? We spotted Rihanna at Cipriani's restaurant last night and guess who was parked right across the street? You bet, it was Chris. He was talking nervously on his phone! So the question is, was he trying to avoid seeing her or avoid getting caught being with her?

Why can't these two decide for themselves what
they want to do. There is not a person on here
that hasn't done something as stupid as what Chris
did. So let the one among you without FAULT judge
