Chris Brown might have scared away loads women after the scandal with Rihanna but there sure are a few left who wouldn't dismiss the singer. Kanye West's on-and-off girlfriend Amber Rose seems to be one of them. She was spotted kissing Chris Brown at the White Party of the 4th July thrown by P Diddy and Ashton Kutcher in Beverly Hills. "They were holding hands and making out in the shadows," said a witness. "She even had her hand on his leg." (Source: NY Daily News
