To use different bright colors on the dress and on the accessorize is a good way to look a bit more fun too. Leighton Meester looks smokin' hot in this body hugging dress. We just say be brave and go for something similar!

When asked if she'd ever like to work with Cheryl in the future, Rihanna replied:

"Absolutely, she is awesome, I think she is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen, it sucks. Like how do you have a face like that, with hair like that and dimples, and a body like that, that's proportioned like that. And you have a successful career, something about that is not right?"

Hilary was at Borders yesterday in New York City promoting her book called "Elixir". She would've looked cute too, if she had found some leather pants that actually fit properly!
