Frances Bean Cobain, the daughter of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love is engaged! Frances is just 19, so she's pretty young to be making such a huge step, but we're really happy for her! Frances has been dating the Rambles singer, Isaiah Silva, for one year and he looks a lot like Kurt Cobain... hmmm! Frances changed her Facebook status from "in a relationship" to "engaged" and wrote, "Getting to spend the rest of my life loving my best friend makes me the luckiest woman in the world." So it sounds like she's really happy and she knows what she's doing. Congrats to Frances and Isaiah! (perezhilton)
