Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie have been best friends literally almost for life! The two girls were inseperable from the age of 2 until about 2006. The girls had their hit reality TV show The Simple Life together and they were the craziest party girls in LA for a long time.

But then Nicole grew up. She got serious with Joel Madden and had two children Harlow and Sparrow and after Paris broke Joel's brother Benji Madden's heart, the friendship was basically over. Still lots of people were surprised to see Paris posting pictures of herself partying in Vegas this weekend, while Nicole walked down the aisle. Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are husband and wife after exchanging vows at Richie's father Lionel's Beverly Hills estate Saturday. Madden's twin brother Benji served as best man and Samantha Ronson was among the bridesmaids. Nicole Richie was overheard leaking some of the details of her wedding plans with long-time boyfriend Joel Madden, while enjoying lunch with bestie Christina Aguilera at the Soho House in LA recently and here are some of the highlights of what was said!

First of all, its happening next month! Samantha Ronson will be one of the bridesmaids(Sam in a DRESS?!) and the whole thing will take place at NIcole's dad Lionel Richie's Hollywood Estate. Unfortunately Xtina won't be at the celebration, because she will be too busy promoting her film "Burlesque. Oh and Joel and Nicole's eldest daughter, Harlow who is two years will be the flower girl - cute! We can't wait to see which designer Nicole will wear on her big day either! As you all know, pop star Katy Perry and comedian Russell Brand were married in their lavish Indian ceremony on Saturday. Unfortunately there have been no pictures yet, but some friends that were there, have spilled some of the details from the big day!

Katy wore a dress by Elie Saab at first, but in traditional Indian style, she wore a whole bunch of different dresses throughout the day and she even had a nose ring with a chain attached and henna floral designs painted on her hands, just like a true Indian bride! The couple exchanged vows in front of 80 friends and family members at the luxury Aman-i-Khas resort and the entire place was lit up with colorful lamps and lights.

The biggest surprise of the weekend was that Katy's BFF Rihanna wasn't there, Rihanna was in charge of Katy's bachelorette party in Vegas, so we were she she was going to be the maid of honor! Poor Ri-Ri had to work instead! Russell Brand and Katy Perry are getting married in Jaipur, India, today and yesterday Russell spent all day visiting a safari reserve in Ranthambhore with his guests for an outdoor tiger adventure! Unfortunately the event was overshadowed by one of Russell's gurads who allegedly stole a paparazzi's car keys and then proceded to punch him, breaking his glasses, and smashing his camera! This is the second time Brand has become involved in an assault scandal and couldn't come at a worse time! Let's just hope the rest of the wedding goes smoothly!
