Jessica visited Ellen DeGeneres just weeks before she gave birth to her daughter. After that, she lost 30kg in five months! 'During pregnancy, I didn’t really think about it,' she said about her weight gain. Jessica followed a strict, Weight Watchers-controlled diet and workout sessions four times a week. She says: "I'm not a supermodel. My body is not bouncing back like a supermodel. I'm just your everyday woman who is trying to feel good and be healthy for her daughter, her fiancé and herself" Simpson reportedly inked a $3 million deal to be a Weight Watchers spokesperson. It really paid off! Jessica's personal trainer Harley Pasternak is impressed: “There was one time she stubbed her toe and had to miss an appointment to go to the doctor. So she booked an extra one that week to make up for it and even came in flip-flops because her toe was too sore to put on shoes. She could have easily used that as an excuse, but she didn’t,” he says. Jessica and her little family!
Jessica Simpson has struggled hard to shed her post baby kilos! Angelina Jolie seems to have everything completely together, but through her teens and early 20s, she suffered bouts of depression. After the death of her mother in 2007, she began sliding into another depression and couldn't stop dwelling on negative thoughts. Christina Ricci has suffered from both anorexia and depression. Halle Berry went as far as attempting suicide after her failed marriages. She have said: "I was sitting in my car, and I knew the gas was coming when I had an image of my mother finding me. I had to reprogram myself to see the good in me. Because someone didn't love me didn't mean I was unlovable. I promised myself I would never be a coward again." Lady Gaga have experienced loneliness when she was on the road. "I have a chronic sadness that recurs. The lowest point was when I got overwhelmingly sad, and I didn't know why, because I had all these things to be happy about." Courteney Cox: "I went through a really hard time when Coco turned 6 months. I couldn't sleep. My heart was racing. And I got really depressed." Kylie Minogue became depressed after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005. The singer canceled her Showgirl concert tour to make time for surgery and chemotherapy, a break from work that plunged her into a depression. After Gwyneth Paltrow gave birth to her son in 2006, she said: "At my lowest, I was a robot. I just didn't feel anything. I had no maternal instincts for him, it was awful. When I look at pictures of him at three months old, I don't remember that time." Anne Hathaway said that she'd suffered from depression and anxiety as a teenager. Russell Brand's father was mostly absent throughout his childhood. And Russell developed a drug and alcohol addiction. He says he was diagnosed with manic depression and attention-deficit disorder.

The singer was born on August, 9, 1963 in New Jersey, USA. Her mother Cissy Houston was a notable and famous gospel singer. Whitney debuted her first album in 1985 and won her first Grammy in 1986. In 1992 she went on to marry her husband Bobby Brown, who she filed for divorce from in 2006. The two shared one child together, Bobbi Kristina.

Whitney Houston reigned as pop music's queen until her majestic voice and regal image were ravaged by drug use and erratic behavior. She claimed to be drug free in 2010 but she sadly passed away on February 11 2012. She will be remembered as one of the greatest singers we have ever had.
