Congratulations Neil! Comedian and actor Neil Patrick Harris and his partner David Burtka are expecting twins! Harris twittered the news this weekend and according to E! the couple will be using a surrogate mother. The 'How I Met Your Mother' star, who received three Emmy nominations, tweeted that "David and I are expecting twins this fall. We're super excited/nervous/thrilled. Hoping the press can respect our privacy". Good for you guys!
