Singer Katy Perry looked the best at the Pre-Grammy Awards in Beverly Hills yesterday in her lightpink tulle dress with sparkly details! Everyone from Rihanna to Taylor Swift showed up on the red carpet at the Beverly Hilton hotel to show off their second nicest dresses (they're saving the best outfits for the real Grammys of course!)! Whose dress do you like the best?!

Carrie Underwood has lost all respect for Oprah Winfrey, Jennifer Aniston, George Clooney and other celebrities who have backed candidates for office. The country music superstar revealed, "There is someone I do support, but I don't support publicly. I lose all respect for celebrities when they back a candidate. It's saying that the American public isn't smart enough to make their own decisions," she explains. "I would never want anybody to vote for anything or anybody just because I told them to. Music is where you go to get away from everything ells." Do you agree with her? Either it's right or wrong, we say congratulations Barrack Obama!

Country singer Carrie Underwood looks good in anything, which she also proved yesterday while having lunch with her nephews at Il Fornaio in Beverly Hills. Wearing a simple grey top and jeans Carrie glowed when she smiled for the cameras! The star also stopped to give some money to a homeless woman on the street; a pretty face and a kind heart, wow!

Teri Hatcher brought along her daughter Emerson Rose to the American Idol Grand Finale in Los Angeles yesterday and isn't Emerson cute? Last year's winner Jordin Sparks, country singer Carrie Underwood and High School Musical's Ashley Tisdale were also there to see who would become 2008's American Idol! We won't say who won in case you missed the final but for those of you that are curious, here's a clip from the final!

As you may know, it was rumored Blake Lively from Gossip Girl was seeing Penn Badgley on-screen as well as off-screen but there rumors were quickly denied by both actors. Blake and Penn have known each other since they were young and say they're like brother and sister. Blake does however seem to really enjoy the company of her other co-star, Chace Crawford, judging from these photos taken on set! Chace just broke up with Carrie Underwood and it doesn?t seem like the gay rumors are true (Chace was romantically linked to 'N Sync's JC Chasez) so maybe Blake and Chace are the next hot Hollywood couple?! Either that or they're both really funny and good at making each other laugh!
