Carmen Electra's rep announced yesterday that the actress-model is now engaged to her boyfriend Rob Patterson. Rob reportedly flew up to Las Vegas last weekend to celebrate Carmen's 36th birthday and while there popped the question and gave Carmen a black diamond engagement ring! This will be the third marriage for Electra who has previously been married to both Dave Navarro and Dennis Rodman! Congrats Carmen! Source: People.
