This Week's Worst Dressed Celebrities!

8. Julianne Moore is at a tough fashion phase in her career right now. She is not a young Hollywood starlet anymore, but she is still gorgeous, so its tough to be age appropriate and fashion forward - we get that. This strange orange contraption, doesn't show off her beauty at all, it ages her and makes her look tired and saggy!

7. Oh no Taylor Momsen, not again! When your skirt is so short your can't take two steps in it without flashing everyone, you know you have committed a fashion crime! We really hope Taylor will soon learn the difference between edgy fashion and slutty style choices!

6. Actress Keri Russell is taking a risk here by wearing famously edgy designer Alexander McQueen. This trapeze dress drowns her and those sandals cut off her legs at a very unflattering place. Not her best look!

5. This white and silver dress Rihanna chose to wear this weekend in Cannes for the NRJ Music Awards actually looks like two totally seperate dresses - fighting with each other for attention on her body! We are not feeling this look at all!

4. French singer Sheryfa Luna in yet another harem pyjama look! We have already warned her once about this kind of look and how unflattering it is for the red carpet, there is no excuse for committing the kind of fashion crime twice!

3. Oh no Ashley Olsen we expect more from you than this! We know fashionistas love to experiment with fashion, but the "Bride of Frankenstein" look should only ever be brought out at Halloween!

2. We are not really sure what kind of statement Camilla Belle was trying to make with this swinging retro Valentino mini-dress... we just can't find anything good to say about it, this whole look is unflattering, from the hair to the big bow at her waiste!

1. Kanye West's model girlfriend Amber Rose has done it again! She has shocked us with her ability to choose outfits that make her look slutty and unsophisticated over and over again! What is this girl thinking?

We are back after a little bit of a Fashion Police break and while we were gone there have been some huge crimes of fashion, especially with fashionistas trying to get noticed on the red carpet and at fashion week. When are they going to learn that being noticed for bad taste in clothes is not the best idea?! Just look at what Ashley Olsen, Camilla Belle and Rihanna decided to step out in this week! A lot happened during the year that passes, from assault to wedding and various celebrity scandals. New couples were formed in Hollywood but several couples also chose to separate during 2009. Chris Brown and Rihanna ended their relationship in a tragic way, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson broke up, got back together, and broke up again and, everyone's favorite couple Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal ended the year by ending their relationship. We hope next year is a better year for Hollywood couples and for all our readers too! Happy New Year!

We didn't really love this Marchesa dress for the red carpet on Camilla Belle the first time we saw it, but when Katy Perry wore it the next week as part of her EMA hosting outfits, we thought it kind of worked better as a costume. This Week's 9 Worst Dressed Celebrities!

9. Standing still like this Mel B's outfit looks kind of simple and elegant, but believe us as soon as she moved that super short hemline got even shorter! We really don't want to see your private parts Mel! A pair of sexy hot pants or just a little more length would have made all the difference here!

8. British X Factor contestant Stacey Solomone has had a bit of a makeover recently and so we understand she is new at the whole fashion and red carpet thing. Someone should have given her a stylist to avoid this cow-like pattern!

7. Lil Kim must be so happy that leather and sparkly things are trendy at the moment! They fit perfectly with her style. Unfortunately she is in the habit of making everything she puts look cheap, even it has a designer label!

6. Freida Pinto is drowning under all that dress! You really can't see her lovely little figure in this and the folds are not helping to flatter her! Not her best fashion moment!

5. All these patterns and textures are a bit much on such a pretty girl like actress Estella Warren! With a face and body like hers, you really don't want the attention to be on the strangely fitting clothes! Oh and her hair looks greasy too, a total red carpet no no!

4. Vintage does not have to mean old fashioned and dowdy! British actress Samantha Morton really got this wrong at her big Hollywood movie premiere this week!

3. Camilla Belle has bee a bit hit and miss lately. Even though the cut of this dress is pretty interesting and the colour looks great on her skin, the fabric is totally unforgivable! This looks like a bird has been stuck onto her dress!

2. No Madeline Zima was not at a Christmas party. This is what she wore to the BAFTA awards in London this week. Maybe someone told her there was a theme, otherwise, there is no excuse!

1. Lady Gaga's clothing needs to come with a warning label: "Do not try this at home!". Even though underwear as outerwear were on catwalks such as Marc Jacobs last Fashion Week, does not mean its ok for an awards ceremony. And hiding behind a lace mask is not going to help either! We don't like this one Lady Gaga, sorry!

It has been a kind of dull week for fashion with a lot of celebs playing in safe in very ordinary outfits for awards ceremonies and premieres. Of course there are always a few exceptions to the rule and even though we appreciate a fashion risk as much as any fashion lover, there were a few disasters this week, such as model turned actress Freida Pinto, who usually gets it very right and of course Lil Kim, who is known for bling bling over the top style! But who is the number 1 worst dressed? Have a look and see if you agree!

9. Sienna Miller is known for her fantastic personal style, but on the opening night of her Broadway Play this week, we think there was no sign of it! This slithery, shiny cut-out dress looks like Tinkerbell had an accident on on the Latin Ballroom dance-floor!

8. Actress Raia Haidar was drowning in all this lace and satin at the Rome Film Festival! There is way too much going on at the top and at the hips!

7. We are so disappointed in Camilla Belle! She is usually so well put together, but with those feathered shoulders and the frilly skirt and white patterned lace, she got vintage really wrong this time!

6. Princess Beatrice looks like she was dressed up for an early Christmas party with that red skirt with white trimming, except she wasn't. This is what she wore out to clubbing in London!

4. Another cut-out nightmare! Lady Victoria Hervey gets invited to all the best runway shows and is friends with so many designersm, you would think that she had learnt some style tips by now! There is so much wrong with this look, we don't know where to start, maybe with the bralessness?

3. Song writer and charity fundraiser Denise Rich wore this very busy dress to the Angel Foundation ball this week and we just don't get what she was thinking! The more she stood out, the more people would donate? Someone needs to donate her a new outfit!

2. We all know Shauna Sands likes to show off her skin and her assets, so big surprise that there is a lot of flesh going on here. Just because you decorate it with designer bling like a Chanel necklace, doesn't make it classy Shauna! Fail!

1. Okay, just because you are going to a costume party doesn't mean you don't have to be stylish! Veteran actress Jamie-Lee Curtis has been on enough red carpets in her career, she should know better than to show up in a nude dress with some bright flowers glued onto it. This looks home-made, by children! We think it probably is!

This week our fashion police were as busy as ever scouting for fashion offenders everwhere in celebrity world and as usual the stars never let us down! In this week's list a well known fashionista makes a strange mis-step and a old favourite trashy girl is back on the list! Its no big surprise that Shauna Sands made the list, but we are kind of shocked at Camilla Belle and Katy Perry who are usually fabulously styled! Take a look:

Disney stars Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato have been spending a lot of time lately on the set of Camp Rock 2 and we hear there is more than just a working relationship going on between these two friends this time! Joe, who split from Camilla Belle at the end of July, showed he is ready for new love by taking Demi on a double date with brother Kevin Jonas and his fiance Danielle Deleasa in Toronto where they are filming.
