Camilla Alves visited a party supply store in Los Angeles today. She was wearing a playful shirt implying she's a Happy Hour for babies! However, Camilla did not look to be in a very playful sort of mood at all and we are guessing that Levi's father Matthew McConaughey still refuses her a nanny.
