Shocking: Brittany Murphy's Husband Also Found Dead!

Shocking news just in! Just 5 months after Hollywood star Brittany Murphy's tragic death, her husband Simon Monjack has been found dead in the same house! Brittany's mother is said to have called 911 last night after finding Simon on the floor of the house they still share after Brittany's death. Paramedics tried to resuscitate Simon, but he was pronounced dead. It is not sure what he died from exactly, but so far the police are saying it looks like a heart attack, just like Brittany. More details will follow after further tests have been done!

As you alreaday know Brittany Murphy's death was ruled accidental, caused by pneumonia along with prescpription and over-the-conter drugs, but there seems to be more to it! According to sources Murphy was prescriped 120 Vicodin pills 11 days before she died and on the day she died there were only 11 pills left in the bottle. That means Murphy must have taken 10 pills a day which, is much more than the maximum recommendation of 4 pills a day. The doctor who prescribed the pills has not been located and Murphy's husband Simon Monjack has not been of much help. (Source: TMZ)

Brittany Murphy's Death Ruled Accidental

Everyone was shocked over the holiday period when news hit that young actress Brittany Murphy had died suddenly of unknown causes at her home in the Hollywood Hills this past December. Since then, all kinds of rumours and suspicions have been floating around concerning Brittany's health at the time of her death and why her husband and Simon Monjack and her mom never took her to the hospital that day. The report is finally out on Brittany's cause of death and it has been ruled accidental. Doctors on the case say that Brittany had a heart attack caused by a combination of pneumonia, her severe anemia and the cocktail of prescription medication she was taking. Brittany's husband says he is shocked by the report,as he thought she died from a heart problem she has suffered from since childhood and she only seemed to have flu symptoms, not pneumonia! Brittany Murphy's sudden death brought big reactions from her husband Simon Monjack who expressed shock and sorrow after her death: "My world was destroyed yesterday," he said after his wife died. Brittany's husband was in the house at the time she was stricken and he watched as paramedics tried in vain to revive her. Brittany Murphy died Sunday morning at a hospital in Los Angeles. An autopsy has been completed, but a determination of the cause of death will await the results of toxicology tests in a few weeks. Officials say early indications suggest no foul play was involved. Brittany Murphy died at an age of 32.
