Sam Lutfi is not taking Britney Spear' restraining order against him very well. He has now decided to file a lawsuit of his own against her and her parents. The drama seems to have begun all over for poor Brit! Sam told TMz that the popstar owes him money and that paretns Jamie and Lynne Spears have verbally and physically abused him! Nasty!
