Britney Spears gets fit for her new man?!

After Britney Spears had visited her manager Jason Trewick she went on to Bally's gym where she sweated through yet another training session with her PT. The blonde was in a very good mood, smiling all the way out to the car and now we're wondering if it might have something to do with rumors that she is actually dating her manager? Maybe that's why she's so motivated to work out? The singer looks much healthier now anyway but her swollen belly continues to raise question about her diet or an impending pregnancy (though her rep has made it clear she is not)!?
