Britney Spears' ex-husband is in jail!

Britney Spears former husband Jason Alexander is behind bars at Los Angeles County Twin Towers jail after being arrested for DUI in 2006. As part of his rehab, he was ordered to complete an alcohol education program. But after skipping his first two appointments, a judge sent him right back to jail to serve out a ten-day prison sentence. He is scheduled for release on Tuesday.
