After not such a warm welcome to Australia, Britney Spears and her boyfriend Jason Trawick and her kids Sean Preston Federline and Jayden James Federline are enjoying a relaxing holiday in the hot Sydney sun! Britney has been upset over the controversy in Australia over her Circus tour shows, where she mostly lipsynchs to her songs while performing. But there was no sign of any upset as the Britney and the kids played around and relaxed on a yacht! Looked like fun actually and Jason is seriously bonding wth Brit's boys!

Wherever Britney Spears goes with her massive Circus World Tour, her private family is sure to come along too! We spotted Brit and her two boys Sean Preston Federline and Jayden James Federline, along with her manager and boyfriend Jason Trawick at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Melbourne Australia where she will be performing tonight! Like most pop stars, Britney has a huge entourage with her at all times, with her dad and other friends and family always close by, so we think "Circus" is a great name for her tour, as she really does seem like a travelling circus whenever she arrives or leaves anywhere!

Maybe she can try to sing live just for the Aussie crowds?

Everyone knows Britney Spears lipsynchs most of her songs on stage, right? Well apparantly not in Australia they don't! There is huge drama down under, where Britney is performing with her Circus Album World Tour. Fans are demanding their concert ticket money back, after hundreds of people walked out of her shows in Sydney and Perth because they were shocked to see Britney lipsynched through most of the show, only singing live on some ballad songs. Even Australia's politicians are getting involved now, with some demanding that a law be passed where artists like Britney have to announce that their live concerts are lipsynched or not!
