Britney struggled with drug and alcohol problems. After many twists and turns on who had the right to custody of the children it all culminated in Britney Spears having a break-down. After psychiatric treatment and rehab Britney recovered and made a big comeback with her Circus Album.

Looking tired and jaded, Britney Spears left Sur restaurant in Los Angeles after dining with a handsome mystery male friend. Britney wasn't looking her best in her brown turtle neck and dull skin. Let's hope it's just a hollow for the night and not that she's going back in her old bad pattern again.

Britney Spears' son Jayden James was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Centre on Sunday after suffering a severe allergic reaction. And ex-husband Kevin Federline, who has full custody of the sons, was impressed with how she coped. "We're pleased that someone was aware enough to see that he was having some sort of reaction and do what was necessary to make sure there were no chances taken and got Jayden to the appropriate facility and got the appropriate evaluation to be timely," a lawyer for Kevin tells US Weekly.

Britney Spears's trip home with her sons this weekend took an unexpected serious turn when her 2-year-old Jayden was rushed to a Kentwood-area hospital at 1:30 p.m. Sunday. Jayden was taken to the hospital after suffering "a terrible allergic reaction. He had hives, was itchy and irritable," according to People. Britney and her mother Lynne spent the night at the hospital with Jayden. This is Britney's first trip with her sons since she lost the custody, can she be more unlucky?

Britney Spears has had to dramatically pull out of her stage comeback at the MTV European Music Awards in Liverpool on Thursday. The superstar, who's just released new single Womanizer, was supposed to be doing a surprise performance at the prestigious awards bash. It's due to the ongoing court case involving her sons, Britney has to remain in the US to show she's available for her kids as often as possible.
