Actress Angelina Jolie has checked into a hospital in Nice in the South of France to prepare for the birth of her and Brad Pitt's twins. A hospital representative Nadine Bauer tells the AP "There's no urgency. [Jolie's admittance has] been planned for a long time", she also adds "She's very well. Everything is fine." A French newspaper recently reported that Angelina actually gave birth to the twins this Monday which is not true. We probably won't have to wait very long now though! Source: People.com.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's charity foundation The Jolie-Pitt Foundation has donated $1 million to children affected by the Iraq war. Jolie, who is pregnant with the couple's twins, went to Iraq in February as goodwill ambassador for United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and was touched by the situation. "My visit to Iraq left me even more deeply convinced that we not only have a moral obligation to help displaced Iraqi families, but also a serious, long-term, national security interest in ending this crisis." The actress and her boyfriend forked over $8 million to their foundation in 2006 and this year both Medècins Sans Frontiers and Global AIDS Alliance.

Even though Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt haven?t even welcomed their twin girls to the world yet, they're already planning to adopt a baby boy from Ethiopia. An insider tells OK!, "They were initially going to have that adoption follow the addition of Pax last year, but that all changed when Angie got pregnant with twins last fall." Angelina has also helped Brad's sister, Julie Neal Pitt, to adopt a baby from the same orphanage where Angie found Zahara in 2005. Source: OK!.

Pictures it the maternity hospital in the South of France where Angelina Jolie is expected to give birth to her twins! Angelina and Brad Pitt are, as you may know, still in France since Angelina wants to give birth to her children there. The couple has bought a vineyard in the area and will probably be spending a lot of time there in the future. According to reports Angelina's due date is approaching quickly and the French magazines are so eager that they accidentally reported that the twins had been born last week. Not true but we think Angelina will give birth to the Jolie-Pitt twins any day now!

According to reports only People and OK! are left in the bidding war and the price they'll have to pay for the pictures will probably rise even more! A magazine spy has revealed that the pictures are so valuable the magazines would "print blank pages" the rest of the year to get them. Brad Pitt brought his son Maddox on a father-son outing to Italy yesterday to see Moto GP Italian Grand Prix. Maddox was looking very cool as usual in his Mohawk hair-cut and sunglasses and didn't smile once! Brad on the other hand looked very happy to be spending some alone time with Maddox and made sure that his son was wearing ear plugs as it gets pretty loud when the F1 cars drive by! We think Maddox is going to grow up to be quite the hottie one day and we're really looking forward to that!
