Brad Pitt finally had enough with the paparazzi!

Brad and Angie are currently negotiating a deal to sell the first pictures of their newborn twins.

Brad Pitt's lawyers are threatening to take legal actions against those news outlets that choose to publish photos taken of the actor, Angelina Jolie and their six children at their French estate. According to Pitt's lawyer the photos were taken by paparazzi with highly powerful telephoto lenses and, if published, would be a violation of Pitt and Jolie's privacy. One photo agency had already sold or licensed the photos but agreed to "cease and desist from any further sale and dissemination" and has removed the photos from their home page. Mayor of Nice confirms birth of Angelina Jolie's twins!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's twins are officially here! The Mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi, presented one of the birth certificates yesterday on the steps of Fondation Lenval hospital, where sons Knox Leon and daughter Vivienne Marcheline were born this Saturday. The certificate revealed that Knox was born 18:27 and according to People Vivienne arrived within a minute of that time. Estrosi told reporters "On behalf of the inhabitants of Nice, I congratulate the happy parents," and added "I also congratulate the four brothers and sisters of the newborns who are real 'Nicois' (citizens of Nice)".

Angelina Jolie's boyfriend, Brad Pitt, was spotted leaving Lenval hospital in Nice a few hours ago after he and Maddox visited Angelina. Angelina was admitted to the hospital a few days ago but a spokesperson for the hospital insists that it is not yet time for Angie to give birth and that the actress's admittance had been planned for some time. It won?t be long though and when it's time Brad will find himself a father of six and Maddox will have another sibling to take care of!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's charity foundation The Jolie-Pitt Foundation has donated $1 million to children affected by the Iraq war. Jolie, who is pregnant with the couple's twins, went to Iraq in February as goodwill ambassador for United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and was touched by the situation. "My visit to Iraq left me even more deeply convinced that we not only have a moral obligation to help displaced Iraqi families, but also a serious, long-term, national security interest in ending this crisis." The actress and her boyfriend forked over $8 million to their foundation in 2006 and this year both Medècins Sans Frontiers and Global AIDS Alliance.

Pictures it the maternity hospital in the South of France where Angelina Jolie is expected to give birth to her twins! Angelina and Brad Pitt are, as you may know, still in France since Angelina wants to give birth to her children there. The couple has bought a vineyard in the area and will probably be spending a lot of time there in the future. According to reports Angelina's due date is approaching quickly and the French magazines are so eager that they accidentally reported that the twins had been born last week. Not true but we think Angelina will give birth to the Jolie-Pitt twins any day now!

Brad Pitt brought his son Maddox on a father-son outing to Italy yesterday to see Moto GP Italian Grand Prix. Maddox was looking very cool as usual in his Mohawk hair-cut and sunglasses and didn't smile once! Brad on the other hand looked very happy to be spending some alone time with Maddox and made sure that his son was wearing ear plugs as it gets pretty loud when the F1 cars drive by! We think Maddox is going to grow up to be quite the hottie one day and we're really looking forward to that!
