Gossip Girl star Blake Lively shoot scenes in Le Petite Oeuf cafe in Brooklyn, New York. Blake ran away from paparazzi in falling snow/sleet while on the way to wardrobe and makeup trailer. The hotties life guard had a hard time keeping up with her, even though she was wearing heals!
