Gossip Girl star Blake Lively appeared on the late show with David Letterman last night. She was snapped arriving at the studios as herself in a casual style, but afterwards she emerged from the show to sign autographs and she was all dressed up as hottie character Serena Van der Woodson! She looked so great in that hot pink dress!
