Gossip Girl has been filming for the latest season in Manhattan again this week and it looks as if exciting things are happening for Blake Lively's character Serena again! Yesterday she filmed some pretty intense looking scenes with Billy Baldwin, a newcomer to the show. Could he be playing her long-lost father?
