Sienna Miller, Bijou Phillips and Kelly Osbourne all showed up at the 2008 NME Awards in Los Angeles the other day dressed in their very best! The Killers and Arctic Monkeys were among the winners but the biggest surprise was when Pete Doherty was named Hero of the Year; we don't get it? Anyway, the hottest red carpet look belonged to Sienna Miller who looked very rock & roll in he leather dress and red and black striped jacket!
