Beyonce shot her new music video in this beaded Thierry Mugler dress on the streets of New York City. Some people immeditately came out saying that Beyonce has put on weight and looked chunky in the dress. Miss B is not at all impressed by this and has had her reps and Thierry Mugler himself defending that booty of hers! Thierry says the dress's padded hips are a design element meant to exaggerate and mentions that Beyonce's waiste is a tiny 19 inches. Beyonce's rep also added that pop queen is in the "best shape of her life" What do you think, high fashion or big flop? (The Celebrity Truth)
