Benji Madden in trouble!

Paris Hilton and Benji Madden visited hot spot Foxtail in Hollwyood this Thursday accompanied by their siblings Nicky Hilton and Joel Madden as well as Joel's wife Nicole Richie. Paris is as you know back in L.A. after touring with Benj's band Good Charlotte for a month but she still can't seem to stay out of trouble. When the celebrity couple tried to leave the parking lot Benji accidentally ran over a photographer's foot. What's worse is that Benji didn't stop to see if the photographer was alright which means there's a real chance the singer will soon be facing hit and run charges!
