Kim Kardashian's sister Khloe Kardashian was spotted leaving Villa nightclub in West Hollywood last night after enjoying one of her final nights of freedom. The reality TV-star is facing up to 30 days in jail after she violated her probation following an arrest last year for DUI. Khloe will be the latest young Hollywood starlet to serve time, joining the ranks of Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie. Oh well, we guess all publicity is good publicity!

Amy Winehouse was spotted leaving a lawyer's office in Central London smoking a cigarette and looking rather relaxed. As you know, Amy is no stranger to the police and lawyers so we're guessing she's been to the office so many times it doesn't even bother her anymore. Not quite her usual shabby self was wearing a pleated grey skirt, black top and black belt and is it just us or is she starting to look a little healthier?

Cameron Diaz might be Eco friendly by driving a Prius around town instead of a fancy H2 or Rang Rover but tonight she was a bad girl. Cameron broke the law tonight as she drove away from Madeo restaurant in West Hollywood on her Blackberry cell phone. Yes, the beautiful blond was not using her law-enforced headset as she drove out of the parking garage. Flashing lights also swarmed Cameron, which makes her non-headset situation look even worse in the eyes of the law!

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott drove down Beverly Drive yesterday when the couple decided to quickly stop to shop for some new sunglasses. Dean pulled the Land Rover over and parked right in front of a fire hydrant in a non-parking zone! He then stood guard while Tori shopped so as to avoid getting a ticket! Not a good idea, as celebrities Tori and Dean should set a good example and not park illegally!

Rhys Ifans didn't look too happy when he left the London nightclub Ronnie Scotts this weekend with a beer bottle in his hand. When the paparazzi wouldn't leave him alone he threw the bottle at one of the photographers prompting the police to show up and talk to the actor. Rhys looked sad the whole time, probably missing his ex Sienna Miller whose movie The Edge of Love premiered the same night!

Gary Dourdan avoids jail!

The CSI star Gary Dourdan was arrested for drug possession not long ago and yesterday he pleaded guilty to the possession of cocaine and ecstasy charges. The heroin charges were dropped completely. The actor will however not do any time in jail and will instead enter a treatment program that consists of 30 hours of lessons, usually meeting about once a week. Dourdan was ordered to sign up for the program before June 11th and according to sources he as already done so. After completing the treatment program all charges against the actor will be dropped. Special treatment because he's a celebrity? We think so! Source: TMZ.
