Lindsay Lohan's ex-flirt, and Tila Tequila's new girlfriend Courtenay Semel is charged for assault. According to the New York Post she forgot her phone on the nightclub Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. She came back for it after closing and demanded that they would open and find it. When they refused to do that, she started to scream and hit the security guard in his head. Courtenay spent the night in jail.

Hayden Panettiere's father arrested!

Hayden Panettiere father was arrested early this morning in the family home by the police. He is suspected of having beaten his wife Leslie during Sunday night. The battle should have triggered by an argument between the parents after a party where a jealousy drama between Leslie, Alan, and a third person took place. Alan struck her on the cheek and the police have taken pictures and confirm that there are clear marks after the hit. Alan is just now being held in detention and the bail is set at 50 000 dollars.

The Dark Knight arrested!

Christian Bale was arrested yesterday by Belgravia police in London after his mother and sister reported him for assault. Bale was held at the police station for four hours before being released after paying bale. According to reports Bale pushed his mother during an argument stemming from a long-running family dispute. The argument is said to have taken place at the Dorchester Hotel where Bale stayed after attending the UK premiere of The Dark Knight. His mother Jenny and sister Sharon confirm that an "incident" has taken place but had no further comments. Source: The Telegraph.

It looks as though Amy Winehouse will have to manage without her husband Blake Fielder-Civil a while longer! The singers husband was convicted of another 27 months in prison yesterday following a fight in 2006 where Blake hit a bar manager and then offered him $400,000 in hush money. Oh well, if Amy has gone this long without her hubby she can probably go another two years, right?

Don't worry, Justin Timberlake isn't in jail! These are just the latest internet ads for Justin's clothing range William Rast! Thankfully we all know that Justin is a stand up guy who doesn't drive drunk like certain other celebrities (Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan to name a few) so we probably won't be seeing any real mug shots of the singer anytime soon!

Khloe Kardashian trades Chanel for a prison jumpsuit!

This Thursday Khloe Kardashian was out with her sister Kim Kardashian enjoying one last night of freedom before reporting to the county jail at midnight. Khloe, one of the stars of the reality TV-show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, admitted to violating a probation stemming from a drunk driving arrest in 2007. Khloe seemed to be in a surprisingly good mood considering she know has to trade her designer clothes for an orange prison jumpsuit!
