Friends star Matthew Perry has just purchased a $4.75 million three-bedroom home in the Hollywood Hills and should be quite happy with his investment! The house has a master suite covering an entire floor, white terrazzo floors, a pool with spa and a state-of-the-art security system. This is Perry's third L.A. home as he also owns a condo in West Hollywood and a home in Malibu! How many houses do you really need in one city?

One of the houses the couple looked at!
Hilary Duffs older sister, singer Haylie Duff, and Haylie?s boyfriend Nick Zano spent their weekend house hunting with a real estate agent in the Toluca Lake area in Los Angeles. The couple who are usually quite camera shy didn?t seem to mind the photographers following them around and Haylie even flashed them a smile at one point. The singer was dressed in jeans and Ugg boots, a good outfit to wear when driving around in a car all day. We?ll have to wait and see if the couple found a house that suited them!
