Lily Allen just looks super boring, what happened to Lily's preppy-chic style that we loved? Katie Price, "Jordan" looks super tacky! Ciara is trying to look like a sexy spice girl. Ciara, they were hot in the 90's.. AnnaLynne McCord is yet again on this list. Where is the personal style? Bai Ling is a walking fashion don't! Taryn Manning wore this ensemble to a red carpet event. We don't know what's worse...the short shorts paired with hooker heels or the fact that she couldn't be bothered to take off her coat. If she was so cold she should wear longer pants...just a tip, Taryn! Audrina Patridge, a nude dress with silver fringes? Fringe dresses are just so out of fashion! Why would anyone ever wear this shapeless sack shirt? And those hideous leggings? Poor Sophie Monk! Pixie Lott, cat ears, lace AND grey ski socks?

We prefer Victoria Beckham as a brunette, don't you agree? Blonde is not Rumer Willis' color! Amy Winehouse went Lindsay Lohan blonde and it doesn't look good on either of them. Bai Ling highlights are too thick, too orange, too chuny. Keri Hilson, this is just weird. LOL! Jessica Simpson! LiLo looks so washed out here. Kelly Osbourne went for the old lady look and it's pretty terrible. Oh poor Khloe Kardashian, it looks like she has an orangutan on her head! Katy Perry rocked the blue hair a bit too long, it grew old. Christina Aguilera with terrible dreds and blonde hair. Christina Ricci looks so much better as brunette! We're not big fans of Rihanna's red hair. Lady Gaga went for highlighter yellow. Nichole Richie was trying to be surfer-edgy but failed. Scarlett Johansson dyed her hair a pale, washed out red... it looks like blegh!
Coloring your hair can be a tricky move. Sometimes you overdye or the color just looks completley wrong, or maybe you have a really cool idea but it turns out to be totally fugly. Don't worry, a lot of celebs have been there. So take inspiration from these celebs and DON'T go crazy when it comes to bad hair dyes!

Star Magazine held their "All Hollywood" Annual Party at club Trousdale last night in Los Angeles and al we saw on the red carpet were D-listers like Bai Ling, Tara Reid and Stephanie Pratt. Maybe its Star's reputation for making up stories that made other celebs stay away? Or worse, maybe Star didn't even bother trying to invite them! Anyway, some fun outfits to look at least!

10. Jersey Shore's tiny little orange munchkin Nicole Polizzi aka Snooki. Love her or hate her, you have to admit, this girl just is not a fashionista. Everything she puts on is a disaster and she has no idea how to dress for her body type! 9. We don't like putting Phoebe Price in the spotlight too much, because we know that's all she is trying to do by dressing the way she does. We definitely get the feeling, this isn't her real style and she dresses for attention. Still we have to admit her outfits are some of the most famously bad of the year! 8. Kanye West's ex and model Amber Rose is another one who dresses to get attention for all the wrong reason, but with her, we think this is her style. You can just tell she thinks she looks all that and completely sexy. Yuck! 7. Proof that Lindsay Lohan was taking some seriously bind-bending substances in 2010. That is the only explanation we can think of for outfits like this one. Believe it or not Lilo actually knows a lot about fashion and before she became a hot mess, was considered to be a fashionista! 6. Taylor Momsen. The 17 year old who spent the whole year walking around in lingerie and garter stockings. Often in the middle of the day. She is going to look back at this stage in her dress style and cry with embarrassment. At least we hope she does! 5. Bai Ling. What else is there to say. This girl doesn't like to wear a lot of fabric. The more ridiculous and boldly printed the better. 4. La Toya Jackson is stuck in some kind of fugly fashion time capsule. All her outfits are seriously outdated and bad. 3. Nicki Minaj. She arrived on the red carpets quite late in the year, but wow did she make her mark! One terrible and monstrous too-tight revealing outfit after another. Some people are huge fans and are calling her the next Gaga. We are not so sure! 2. Kesha wants you to call her Ke$ha, but we prefer "baby Gaga". The huge difference between Gaga and Kesha is that Lady Gaga references some iconic moments in fashion history, while Kesha just makes an ugly mess with hair, makeup and color choices. 1. The reigning queen of bad taste. Nobody does it quite as badly as Jordan aka Katie Price. The hilarious thing is that she is so rich she could afford to buy any couture outfit she wanted. Instead she still shops at the local fantasy sex shop for her red carpet outfits. You can't buy class or style. That's a fact girls!

She matches her hot pink dress to her lipstick and clashes it up with an animal print clutch and gray booties Trend queen Fearne Cotton in a leopard hat that we want to steal straight off her head! Taylor Swift adorable in London wearing a pea coat, fluffy yellow hat and cute shoes! Pamela Anderson brings some Vivienne Westwood glam, somehow even designer looks just the wrong side of cheap on her, no?
