Hottie Audrina Patridge is a popular target for paparazzi photographers in Los Angeles and has to put up with swarms of them wherever she goes! The other day she was photographed outside of Magnolia Café on Sunset Boulevard where she had lunch with a friend. Dressed in a beige low cut top and black jeans Audrina looked smashing as always but doesn't it look like her chest has grown a little lately?!
