Ashley Tisdale dons a flannel shirt, moccasin boots and new plumped lips. As the Disney-star bought a coffee before heading to the studio in Los Angeles afternoon. Photographers were surprised to see Ashley's fuller, swelled lips. The 23-year-old actress is no stranger to plastic surgery and she had a nose job in the winter of 2007 due to claims of a deviated septum. Could the pressures of Hollywood have forced Ashley to alter her appearance yet again?
