This is a year for television starlets on the front row as fashionistas like Gossip Girl stars Blake Lively and Michelle Trachtenberg sparkled at the Diane von Furstenberg and The Beautiful Life stars Mischa Barton and Ashley Madekwe looked stunning at Max Azria and the list goes on and on! JC Penney Hearts Charlotte Ronson!

Last night the who's who of fashion and glamour in New York all got together to celebrate Charlotte Ronson, Samantha Ronson's designer sister. Charlotte has designed a line in collaboration with famous department store JC Penney called JC Penneys I Heart Ronson . Some of Charlotte's famous friends were there to celebrate the launch of the line last night, like Mischa Barton and of course Charlotte's sister Sam. Fashionistas like Alexa Chung and Hilary Duff rubbed shoulders with real life New York socialites like Annabelle Dexter-Jones and Jennifer Creel. Wow what an impressive guest list!

Here they are, the stars of what is hopefully going to be Mischa Barton's next hit TV show, The Beautiful Life! Along with Mischa, the rest of the cast includes Corbin Bleu, Ashley Madekwe, Sara Paxton, Ben Hollingsworth and Nico Tortorella and of Elle Macpherson! The show is all about a group of models living in New York. The show promises to be full of fashion world excitement, glamour and cat-fighting and not to mention drama and romance! Mischa's Leopard Print Attempt: Hot or Not?

Mischa Barton and her costar in the new series Beautiful Life, Ashley Madekwe enjoyed a stroll though New York's West Village while on a break from filming this weekend. Always the fashion plait, Mischa wore one of her signature hats, a funky handbag and a little leopard skin skirt. But it looked like Mischa wasn't quite sure about the leopard and eventually she just let her black vest fall over it to make a mini-dress. We are not sure it was a good choice for her either.
