She must be feeling pretty bad about it all now!

The latest gossip from inside Melrose Place is that Ashlee Simpson was fired because no one on set liked her! We hear she was a total diva, showing up late and on top of that being a bad actress! Now that Heather Locklear is coming back to the show as her character from the original show, Amanda, producers felt they didn't need to put up with Ashlee's behaviour anymore! Ouch that must hurt, but it seems like it was all Ashlee's own fault. (Source: FoxNews)

she has changed her mind about the soap totally! She took to her Twitter page to insult the show, saying ""CW catching up on MP.who writes this crap?i have had bad scripts to work with,but this?thank God my sister is amazing and got you some press." The rumour is that Ashlee was hired to create a buzz around the show because she is well known, but she was so embarrassingly bad, her scenes had to be cut all the time! Ouch!

Actress Ashlee Simpson smiled big for the cameras as she left her Los Angeles home the other day but we can't help but think she was just acting! Ashlee was recently fired from Melrose Place even though the producers won't admit it. Instead they have issued statements saying Ashlee knew all along her character wouldn't be on the show for very long. In any case, it can't be fun to be out of a job!

The new season of Melrose Place kicked off with a dark murder mystery, but the audience ratings weren't that great, so the show's writers have decided to change the dark tone after the mystery is solved later this year and make it more fun and sexy. You know what that means: character cuts! Ashlee Simpson and co-star Colin Egglesfield are the first to be let go, as of course, they have something to do with the murders! So poor Ashlee is out of a job again from this january! Producers are saying Ashlee always knew she would probably be cut, so she is taking it like a professional. (Source: USWeekly)
