Finally it looks as though Miley's ex Liam Hemsworth has finally over her and ready to move on! He was spotted partying with Amanda Bynes and it was way more than just friends! They were kissing and cuddling and even filming each other. Definite couple vibes! Is it just us or do Amanda and Miley kinda have a similar look? Liam definitely has a type! (see the pictures here!)
