Oops! Did Amanda Bynes forget to put pants on?! We don't know what you think but her t-shirt dress sure isn't long! Oh well, if you're as Hot as Amanda we guess you can get away with it! We love the rest of the outfit anyway, especially the Marc Jacobs sunglasses and black nails. Oh, and we wouldn't mind owning the Chanel Bag either!
