Madonna recently released a statement in PEOPLE after growing tired of all the media speculation surrounding her and Guy Ritchie's marriage and her alleged affair with NY Yankee Alex Rodriguez. "My husband and I are not planning on getting a divorce. I know Alex Rodriguez through Guy Oseary, who manages both of us. I brought my kids to a Yankee game. I am not romantically involved in any way with Alex Rodriguez. I have nothing to do with the state of his marriage or what spiritual path he may choose to study." Rodriguez' wife Cynthia, however, doesn't believe a word and still blames Madonna for the demise of her marriage. We're not sure what to believe but for the childrens' sake we hope Madge is telling the truth! Source: People.

As you may have heard rumors of Madonna and New York Yankee player Alex Rodriguez' alleged affair have been circulating like crazy lately. Madonna's rep has denied there is any truth to the rumors but sources say that even Rodriguez' wife Cynthia is suspicious. Rodriguez has been seen leaving Madonna's New York apartment several times these past weeks. Cynthia has in turn been spotted leaving Lenny Kravitz' apartment in Paris so perhaps she's not entirely innocent either. Madonna and her husband Guy Ritchie were spotted having dinner together in New York City last night and were actually holding hands as they left the restaurant. Madonna's spokeswoman Liz Rosenberg recently issued a statement rejecting all reports that Madonna and Guy's marriage is on the rocks. Rosenberg also denied rumors that Madonna and New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez are having an affair, "Madonna and Alex have the same manager, Guy Oseary.
