Victorias Secret supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio has admitted that it has been hard for her to keep up her amazing model body after having her baby girl Anja last year, but yesterday on the beach there was no sign of that! She looked as skinny and sexy as ever while posing for a shoot in St. Barh's yesterday for Victoria Secret summer catalogue. Alessandra says her secret is cardio and weight training about 3 or 4 times a week as she can't resist sugar and bread!
