Britney is New York performing her Circus album tour while Jason is in back in Los Angeles. We hear that Britney has asked Jason to give her some space to grow and be with her kids. Jason has done exactly what Brit asked and was even seen out last night partying with a bunch of girls. Will they get back together when Brit is more ready or is this the beginning of the end? Adnan has been charged with assault and faces up to 8 years in jaiil if he is found guilty! He is pleading not guilty.

It's not easy being Britney Spears! This weekend her lawyers went to court to get a restraining order against Adnan Ghalib and Sam Lutfi. According to Brit's conservators, Lutfi and Ghalib tried to undermine her conservatorship in a way that could have been very harmful to the singer and they don't want them anywhere near her now! He said to Heat magazine that he won't discuss prices for hypothetical enquiries and unless there is a locked-in deal, he will go no further. And according to the Sun, an unconfirmed source claims the two-hour X-rated footage features Britney naked wearing just a pink wig and was allegedly shot while on holiday in Mexico.
